The Grupo Sylvania composed by 2 Hostels in Madrid and a Company that manages the rent of Apartments in Spain, wanted to create a common image and an own communication style.
The work process took us to create 4 different brands, one for the Group, one for the Rent Service area and one for each of the Hostels with a common graphic nexus and one own business personality.
The definition of each Brand Universe, could not be only in a graphic way, so together with the Grupo Sylvania team, we settled different work sessions of style definition and HomeStaging for each Hostel, providing a wash-up renew of each of them at a reduced cost.
The image renew was total and also were defined:
- The Brand verbal style
- The signs and stationery for each hostell
- The creation of the Group’s website and one for each of the Hostels
- The creation and management of the Group’s Facebook page
- Corporate video.
The image change provided quick results: The bookings increased exponentially with good results for the Group.
